Replace faxing with emailing a PDF

The greenest way to fax a document is to email a PDF of it instead. It is also more secure, don't have your documents lying around on somebody's fax machine.

All recipients of the email will be able to view the PDF regardless of what software produced the document. It is much quicker and easier to do. Save paper on the recipient fax machines, save leaving your desk, save having to type in the fax number, save having to retry sending.

The free edition, pdfMachine white, will allow you to create and email PDFs.

You can even use pdfMachine to scan in already printed items to also attach to the email. A pdfMachine office license is required to scan.
