How to set an email signature / disclaimer in pdfMachine
When you use Outlook or Simple MAPI you can configure your email to have a signature using your email client. However, when you use Extended MAPI or SMTP you can set your email signature using pdfMachine.
You can place commonly repeated information such as an email signature or disclaimer. pdfMachine allows you to establish a template for emails. You construct your email template with your signature and/or other commonly repeated information. pdfMachine can prefill the email with that template. You can edit or add to the email before sending.
In pdfMachine options on the Next Action / Email tab choose "Use settings as a template". Then click on the Email Settings button and set up your template. You can use the HTML editor to make an attractive signature or to add social media icons.
