You print to pdfMachine, the viewer opens, you click the email button, you wait, you attach… or you skip all that. Tell pdfMachine that printing means “email me a new draft with the PDF attached” — and it just does.
Set Next Action to Compose Email.
In pdfMachine options, change Next Action from “open the viewer” to “open a new email with the PDF attached.” Done once, lives forever.
Print = ready-to-send email.
From now on, anything you print to pdfMachine lands in your email client as an attachment, in a fresh draft. Just type the recipient and send.
Two printers, two paths.
Want both behaviours? Set up a second pdfMachine printer that goes straight to email, keep the original for viewer mode. Pick by which printer you print to.
Print once. Email opens. PDF inside.
Print is the new attach.
