Automated Report Splitting and Emailing with pdfMachinepdfMachine can automatically split a report from a legacy system into individual PDFs then email them to the appropriate recipient. Legacy systems often print large batches/reports which would be more useful if they were individual PDFs. These reports can be easily split and actioned (eg emailed, saved) as the print job is performed. The PDF can be automatically emailed to the customer email address, the company letterhead can be added as stationery, the file can be split into multiple PDFs, and many other functions are available. Read more here. Place the pdfMachine parameter parsing commands into the report. Print the report to the pdfMachine printer. With parameter parsing, as the document is printed, the text invokes pdfMachine functions. The parameter text can be removed from the final PDF.
